How ranking works

The default catalog order is “Recommended”. You can change it with “Sort”: by price, by rating or by the soonest slot.
- Quality comes first: ratings adjusted for their number, repeat clients, sessions without failures or refunds, few complaints, response speed.
- Language weighs little: a specialist who speaks your language gets a 5% boost. Others are available through translation.
- The top three places are by quality only, no boosts.
- New specialists get a small boost for the first 30 days that fades out, plus dedicated places — every fifth in the list. The boost never lifts anyone above 4th place.
- Psychotherapists are shown only if their license is valid in your country. Psychologists with a degree but no license are marked; in countries where a psychologist needs a license, they aren't shown. If a specialist has other directions, they stay in results for those — only psychology services are hidden.
- Your language comes first: the “Priority: <language>” button is on by default. First — specialists who speak that language, then those who work with it via automatic translation, then everyone else; within each group — by quality. Choose languages in filters to see only them.
- You can choose country and language in filters.
Ads are always labelled “Ad” and are not part of the ranking. A place in the ranking can't be bought.
