How we check reviews
Draft. The text is being reviewed by a lawyer.
Version of 7 October 2026
A review can be left only after a paid session that took place, or a written answer received, with that specialist. We publish both positive and negative reviews.
1. Who can leave a review
Only a client who paid for a service on Orisavi and received it. One review per session or order. Specialists can't rate themselves.
2. How we check
Every review is automatically linked to a paid order. We look for signs of manipulation: several accounts of one person, ratings right after sign-up, matching texts. A support agent reviews disputed cases.
3. What we publish
All ratings — including low ones. A rating takes one tap, text is optional, so there are more ratings than written reviews. Phone numbers, emails, links and insults in the text are hidden.
4. Editing and removal
The author can edit a review for a limited time after publishing. The specialist can't delete or edit it. We remove a review only for rule violations — and tell the author why.
5. How we calculate the rating
Stars appear from three ratings. Below ten ratings the profile is marked “New”. The average accounts for the number of ratings, so a single rating doesn't decide everything.
6. Rewards
We don't pay for reviews or give discounts for them. Specialists may not ask for a rating in exchange for anything.
7. Replies and complaints
A specialist can reply publicly. If they think a review breaks the rules, they file a complaint: the review stays visible with a “Complaint under review” label until a decision. We inform both sides of the decision.
8. How long reviews are shown
Reviews are shown while the specialist works on the platform. Newest first.
