A short overview of how Orisavi works and what to know before booking or ordering.
What Orisavi is
Orisavi is a marketplace where clients find specialists (tarot, astrology, numerology, psychology, coaching and more) and get consultations by chat, audio, video or in writing. The service is provided by the specialist; Orisavi provides the platform, payment through a payment partner, message translation and support.
For self-discovery and entertainment
Esoteric consultations are for self-discovery and entertainment. They do not replace a doctor, a lawyer or a financial adviser. Specialists don't make medical diagnoses and don't promise results.
Who can use it
You must be 18 or older. One account per person; accounts can't be transferred.
Payment
You pay for a specific service — no balance top-ups and no subscriptions. Stripe, our payment partner, holds the money and passes it to the specialist only after the session or written answer: when you tap “All good”, or after 3 banking days if you don't respond or complain.
Cancellation, rescheduling and refunds
Cancellation and rescheduling rules are set by the specialist, shown before payment and saved with the booking. If the specialist doesn't join within 10 minutes — full refund or another time. If a written answer is late — automatic refund. If something goes wrong, tap “Report a problem”: the money stays with Stripe until support resolves it.
Communication stays on the platform
Phone numbers, emails, links and handles in messages are hidden automatically. Orisavi's protection doesn't cover payments made directly to a specialist.
What's not allowed
Insults, threats, advertising third-party services, exchanging contacts to bypass the platform, other people's personal data and documents, “love spells”, “curse removal” and promises to cure illness. Report violations via “Report a problem”.
